Hi, my name is Tony Alocious! Thank you for taking the time to visit my manifesto page :)

First of all, congratulations! 🥳 We're in Phase 1b, absolute W! 🎉

A year into Medicine and we're all feeling a little more confident in our studying approaches, we are starting to understand more about how our faculty educates us, what our expectations of them and what their expectations of us are. We've become more integrated into the uni space. This doesn't mean academic issues have gone away however.

To truly be able to speak up about academic issues, you need a non-judgemental academic rep who will listen and take your concerns into account. Someone with good interpersonal and communication skills prepared to propel genuine issues forward to the Faculty Team. It is important to me that I am always humble, approachable and easy to talk to while being competent and having the ability to take this role with the utmost sincerity.

Under the role, I promise to collaborate effectively with both my peers and faculty members to enhance and maximise our year's academic performance. I will be highly proactive, responsible, honest and open. I will be focused on fostering a positive academic environment and ensuring that everyone's voice is heard.

Let's make this year as stress-free as possible, focusing our time more on what matters most to us as I, along with the other reps, try my best to work with and for our year!
