Hi everyone! I'm Tilly and you might remember me as your Y1 Wellbeing Representative. I just wanted to remind you what I managed to accomplish last year:

• Had to sit through a lot of meetings (and I mean a lot)
• Spoke about your welfare when it came to the technical difficulties within the CBI & stat exam - this meant that people had a lot more fair circumstances when applying for mitigation & were given opportunities to resit those exams
• Managed to secure a lot more internship & career support for everyone :)
• Spoke up about the issues that affected your well-being & stress levels e.g. multiple ICAs being due simultaneously & the support given to you by tutors.
• Be a port of call for any concerns to do with our course & how they are impacting your well-being - this is the evidence I use to bring it up to the people in charge so I am always up for a chat if anything is bothering you

I would love to help you throughout year 2 which we all know is a massive jump from year 1. I already know the systems in which FEO BMB work so I can give you more support, much more quickly and adequately.

Working alongside the academic reps to voice your welfare has been a privilege for me so thank you for electing me in year 1! Let's see how much more I can accomplish in year 2 :)
