Hi, I’m Ayma, and I’m thrilled to be running for Head of Events for the Cardiovascular Society! As a second-year medical student with a keen interest in cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery, I believe I’m well-equipped to create engaging and impactful events that inspire and educate our members.

My experience in organizing educational events and workshops has given me the skills to enhance our society’s offerings. I have a proven track record of successfully managing projects and collaborating with teams, which will be invaluable in planning our annual conference and expanding our interactive workshops. I’m committed to helping all students gain a thorough understanding of key concepts while enjoying the learning process.

Moreover, I’m passionate about our outreach program that delivers cardiology-related lectures to aspiring sixth-form students. I aim to strengthen these connections, inspiring future medical students and helping them explore careers in cardiology.
