Hello, my name is Aadit and I'd like to be one of your Academic Reps this year. I'm interested in this opportunity as I'm interested in carrying the role of being a voice for students. So many negative experiences we have on placement from poor planning to absent consultants seem to have little sway when brought forward to faculty. I'd like to try and improve on that. In the past I've had experience as an E&E Welfare Officer, a role that taught me how to listen to problems, organize information, and effectively advocate for solutions. It’s not just about raising issues, it's about making sure our feedback leads to real change. My priority is to clearly and effectively communicate your thoughts on everything from curriculum structure to placement feedback. I'll strive to offer an accessible way for you to share your input, ensuring I go into every meeting with a clear mandate from you all.
