Hi everyone, I'm Tej and I am running to be your academic rep this year! As a pro-complainer, I hope to channel this energy into directly resolving issues and advocate for our year group.

My Aims:

1. Access to Teaching Slides

We all know that some sites have excellent teaching happening and others not so much. I would like to implement a realistic solution where teaching materials from across placement sites are collated onto notebank and available to all students.

2. Open Access to On-site Tutorials

I will advocate that on-site teaching is open to all students who would like to attend for revision, regardless of their specific placement.

3. Real Time Action

I want to maintain a swift, transparent and productive feedback loop between our cohort and faculty, making sure that any concerns raised lead to change for us, not just future years.
