Are you sick and tired of your requests being completely forgotten about in the landslide of paperwork? It's a good thing that I will personally make sure that any concerns you have are dealt with to a satisfactory standard, and if they aren't then you get to yell at me :)
I am trivially easy to find, contact, and talk to, which makes it mighty convenient to find me if you have any concerns/comments to do with the course. It feels concerningly common to have people in communication positions who just aren't suited for communication, and I'm sure you can probably think of some examples you've seen in the past. Fortunately, I will make a good effort to get myself out there, and be approachable enough for this role.
I don't beat around the bush - and I will get stuff done. Once again, it feels fairly common for complaints that you raise to take weeks - if not months - to be addressed. It will be my responsibility to ensure that any issues you raise are actually resolved within the calendar year.
Ultimately, it will be my responsibility as academic rep to make sure your voice is heard, and I will make sure it is.
