Hey, I am Benoit, 3rd year EEE student and future project coordinator (no doubt) for the robotics society.
Over the first two years I spent in EEE, I developed a strong interest in robotics, and spent countless hours in the lab, working on side projects instead of going to lectures. More recently, I have been building a 6-legged hexapod spider. And yes, I know it has only 6 legs, but I don't care, it's a SPIDER. ðŸ˜

As a project coordinator, I don't just want to allow projects to exist. One of my greatest regrets in the society, is that for newcomers and beginners in robotics, there isn't a clear path to doing your first projects and get help from seniors. I'll always be available to anyone who needs advice or help in their own projects (provided you're not already better than me...), and I hope to create opportunities for people who have a growing interest in robotics to get involved in the field, without being lost or overwhelmed by information, as I have been in the past.
