Kavyashree Sridhar

Hello everyone! I am Kavyashree, an MSc Advanced Aeronautical Engineering student. With prior experience at Collins Aerospace, I have a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities for women in aerospace in both industry and academia. As your Women in Aero Liaison, I would be happy to help us all feel supported and empowered to reach our full potential.

My primary goals would be creating a peer network for women at Imperial to collaborate, connecting with women leaders in aerospace, and promoting opportunities targeted at women. My secondary goals would be organizing workshops on gender ethics in the workplace and mentorship programs. All of these would focus on motivating women to redefine aerospace and step into their career paths with confidence.
