Hi! I'm Naitry and I am running for Microsurgery Conference Chair.

Having enjoyed surgical conferences and talks over the last two years I believe I can provide a perspective that works to improve the attendee experience. My growing interest in plastic surgery has highlighted microsurgery as an indispensable tool for restoring form and function.

I possess a lot of drive and enthusiasm for this role and will be able to lead logistically. Having talked to sponsors and coordinated a cultural show with over 100 members and 400 attendees this year, I can adapt well to obstacles and have developed my time management through working successfully on multiple tasks and deadlines. Through organising organ transplant talks, I have experience liasing with doctors and surgeons. As Hindu society's creative head, I have created posters regulary for events, skills I can utilize when advertising for the conference. I exhibit a wide skill set that will prove valuable in planning and running next year's microsurgery conference. I have organised and observed well-coordinated events and conferences; I appreciate how vital recruitment of speakers, scheduling, increasing the inclusivity and procurement of specialised microsurgical equipment early and in bulk will be in running a successful event.

Many aspects of this year's conferences such as online steaming lectures and post conference networking oppotunities have fascillitated the accessibility and ability of these conferences to appeal to a wider audience, I aim to build on this momentum.
