I’m Jiaqi Chen, running for Events Officer 📅 because I’m driven to bring exhilarating occasions to you. Here are some key events I wish to push out:

Academic Events 🧪

Conferences: I wish to host academic and industry professionals for sharings, and enable us to showcase our best projects to win recognition.
Skills Workshops: I wish to hold more skills-building workshops with official certifications for personal development.

Joint Events 👥

Networking and More: I aspire to foster collaborations with ICBS graduates and other universities' societies to create mentorship opportunities, expand our networks, and tap into pooled resources to enable larger official events.

Celebrations and Trips 🎉

Term-time Celebrations: I aim to host parties or excursions during festive times like Christmas, New Year's and Summer.
Learning Journeys: I strive to initiate trips to iconic universities or financial centres worldwide to immerse ourselves in the latest developments.

With past experience in managing activities for a faculty of 500 students, I’m confident in my event management skills. I've attended several conferences, worked to build connections, and I'm ready to actively reach out to new contacts and bring my proposals to life.
